My Coaching Philosophy:
Private tennis lessons are the ultimate way to improve the skills of all ages and levels of ability. I am knowledgeable, experienced and caring. My goal is to provide top quality instruction at all players' levels in a safe, relaxed environment. Individual lessons or instruction in small groups allows for individual attention and helps speed up every student's learning curve.

About Jim:
Hi, my name is Jim Stevens. I am a tennis coach/instructor. I started my tennis career at Bishop Garcia Diego High School, in Santa Barbara, California. I played #1 singles my sophomore, junior, and senior years. I was ranked in the top ten, competing in the Southern California Tennis Patrons. My college career started at Santa Barbara City College, playing #4 doubles. In 1982, I enrolled at Regis College in Colorado. I played three years for the Rangers, two of which I played #1 singles. After graduating from Regis, I coached both the men's and women's teams at Regis from 1986 - 88. From 1992-98, I coached both the boy's and girl's teams at Westminster High School. I have been giving private tennis lessons since 1981. For the last ten years I have been the "Traveling Tennis Coach" and have taught in the Denver Metro area giving lessons to students age three-years-old and up.
